Institue of Directors Meeting held at Sytner Nottingham on Tuesday 15th September 2009

The Sytner Nottingham team recently welcomed members of the Institute of Directors to a breakfast meeting held in our Mini showroom. Following a tasty breakfast, our guests enjoyed presentations from John Quigley, Managing Director of Sytner Nottingham and Nigel Hurley who is Divisional Managing Director for BMW and MINI within Sytner Group.
John described how Sytner has grown from it’s early days in Nottingham to become an award winning dealer group today. In 2009 Sytner Group was listed 6th in the UK Top 20 Best Big Companies to Work For and Nigel explained how recruiting and retaining good people has played a part in achieving and maintaining high levels of both customer and staff satisfaction.
Following the presentations, guests were offered the opportunity to view behind the scenes and enjoyed a tour of the BMW and MINI dealerships. Feedback from guests indicated that they had enjoyed the event and valued the chance to understand what happens to our customer’s cars when they visit us for servicing.
