Salesman quickly and visibly became disinterested when I shared my intent to shop around at other local BMW dealerships.
I was informed prior to arriving that the service and MOT would take 90 minutes. I arrived very early not expecting to have it done earlier than appointed. My appointment being 14:10 hrs. I left at 16:00 hrs.

Friendly staff eager to please. Unfortunately you did not have the part that it had been booked in for so this couldnt be done ???? Why .. it was a recall for a child seat fitting in the back ??? I now have to bring it again which is inconvenient.
Again did what it said on the tin. As one who can't wait to get the bonnet up after a service and see what has been done it is an anti climax as the computer tells all now. I can easily become a convert and enjoy keeping clean hands.

Problem was sorted quickly and under warranty.A bit disappointed that some car settings had to be re-done (e.g. re-connect bluetooth phone, re-set memory seat positions, etc).

I arrived having got the wrong date but Martyn Burrows quickly checked the work schedule and fitted me in which was a relief.
Had to wait for about 10 mins to book in for service /MOT at 7.30 am as only one member of staff

The Health Check on my vehicle was undertaken to the usual high standard but the Valet Service was somewhat shoddy.

Had 'while you wait' service. It took longer than expected and there was a lack of updates to me about the delay. Waiting area boring. No newspapers/magazines. Coffee available but no food - a biscuit or a bit of fruit wouldn't have gone amiss!
As above. I forgot to mention the reception staff were also very welcoming and did everything possible to make my experience perfect!
the service and the information video was very good, however the valet was poor due to a very basic wash and the inside of the car was not touched at all.

They indicated to me that the tyre pressure was low but did not tell me if they had adjusted itAlso there is no mention of what the service included I once worked in a car garage and things like door hinges were oiled etc etc Let customers know

Attended to by Michael...? Spent all day in Sytner whilst my car had been in on a recall for the EGR valve and was pleasantly surprised that I could connect to the internet and continue in comfort with my own work.

The repair technician suggested there was clutch judder & the clutch and flywheel needed replacing. Gave me a quote for £2.5K. However both were replaced only 9 months ago and are fine. Also cost me £150 just to diagnose the EGR Cooler problem.

Good generally only let down by not enough staff and having to wait 45 mins before I needed to prompt a member of staff!

Alex the Service Advisor was very informative on the work that was undertaken to resolve the issues. Initially, Steve Holt the Workshop Manager explained what needed to be done in detail.
I was given opportunity to choose date and time of service. We were driven into Nottingham on dropping car off and a paid for taxi to return to Sytner.I was kept fully informed of the progress of the service and what work was needed
Sorted the problem out fast, and gave us a lift home when needed.

Booked in for a diagnostic which was meant to last an hour. However, it only took 30min, and that is what I was charged. Good communication throughout.

.As the car was in Nottingham and I was in Lancashire I was using the phone or e mail for contact. On one instance I waited over 4hours for a reply. ( not the same as being there.) Otherwise the response was quite good.

I have never had good experience with Sytner Nottingham, I prefer to give it to Sheffield since its closer to work. But the saga continues. They even forgot to reset the service mileage on the dashboard
The vehicle was booked in for 1 day for a recall enhancement and it took 2 days. However, I was loaned a pool car which reduced the inconvenience but I still had to reschedule my day.
Oddly the clock was no longer showing the correct time. I only came in for a brake fluid replacement

Great staff and facilities but given we knew the car had a BMW post launch fix to do at the service it was disappointing not to have the part and not get the car back for 4 days!
I was advised that I had a nail in a rear tyre that was leaking and I needed a new tyre. I was quoted £370, which felt high. I agreed to go ahead and then checked similar tyres on line, I was able to get the same for £100 less which was bad enough.

Service excellent my only concern was that I asked an aside question about the value of my car and wasn't given a satisfactory answer nor did the sales team come to talk to me directly but gave a message to the service adviser I had spoken to
It is a shame for such a big company tries to trick their customers into inappropriate price list for services provided and a representative who tries to play smart while he has no clue what he is talking about - it sure breaks confidence!!
Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Like the video which adds a personal touch. Tad pricey but then again the service coincided with mot etc as it normally does and the warranty saw us having the cd player replaced for free! Phew!!!

I went to collect my car having requested a clean inside and out - the car was partiality washed. The car was sent back for a wash outside. Very poor standards of wash, clearly no checks before handing over to customer. Not what in expected from BMW.
The service wrap you provide is superb and makes you feel special too, in safe hands.

See a live for waiting time. Car was was broken (due to snow) and something else regarding updating my service information which would mean returning or keeping hold of the paperwork

Although I was very pleased overall but was disappointed with an issue. During my familiarisation drive we got interrupted 30 mins into the drive as Stefan was asked to come back to the showroom as they were short staffed. I thought that was rude.
The staff were all very efficient and dealt with the purchase and finance very professionally. The handover was very thorough, and we are delighted with our new car.
