A very basic service was required. Driving the car home part of the heat insulation / protector that surrounds the exhaust & covers around the wheel arch were not secured properly. This resulted in the metal insulation banging against the exhaust
Absolutely satisfied. Sytner did every thing they said they would and were kind and courteous at all times. During the day whilst my car was in for it's first MOT they even sent me a video of it having it's health check and it came back pristine.

The courtesy car given to me was a uncleaned MINI with no automatic Transmission. When I asked if I could get a like for like Courtesy Car I was told by BMW Staff who attended me that "WE ARE NOT ENTERPRISE". Certainly I knew that you are BMW though.

Great service including running my car back up to work last minute, thank you lewis for sorting it out for me.
Ready on time always cleaned
Your service manager went out of his way to assist me and insure I was mobile whilst work was carried out on my car. I was kept informed and I was later called by Simon (another great team member) to check all was OK post the work.
Lewis was excellent but I was rudely spoken to by the girls on the front, almost like I was an inconvenience and what did I want. Very poor indeed and insulting. Maybe an off day but I am going to Soper's in Lincoln next time.
I was completely satisfied until I opened the boot to find a piece of trim that had not been replaced after the strengthening of the ISO fix points. I replaced it myself, I hope all the other work was done correctly. I.e. What I can't see.
Expensive and work not completed as it should have been. No follow up call following the second visit.

I was told the car has been washed and cleaned inside but actually it wasn't cleaned inside.
Helpful booking process and accommodated all of my needs in the time available. I just wish the speed of dropping off the car and collecting had the option to be quicker; I'm happy to forego some of the aftersales pleasantries.
I had a unexpected problem with the car and called in on the off chance I could get sorted. I expected that the car would need to be kept overnight but was completed by 4pm the same day

I mentioned a rattle from the engine from cold but the service assistant seemed not really interested and said they would need to have it in overnight. No sense that he cared about my concern or real effort to reassure by seeking technical advice.

Arranged to fetch car at noon, on arrival was told they needed 10 more mins then waited 65 mins for it to be ready
It was only a small thing - air conditioning service - but everything was done exceptionally well from booking the appointment through to the return of the car to my home.
Not a full score because my car came back with the front camera dislocated by whoever was cleaning it (and now it has 2 ugly sticker marks on the windscreen) + the wheel nut is missing.
Again, attention to detail, great service!

Reception asked me to wait, as the service consultant was busy. 30 minutes later I asked the receptionist what the problem was as I could see there was nobody with the service consultants. I'd obviously been forgotten! Not good for a premium brand.
See above. Fault was not fixed, more faults introduced. When picking up the car, I was told the car was ready, but when I got there it was not. I had to wait a further 45 minutes before I could return to work
Probably because I've bought so many cars from you, but can confirm that service means more to me than the car which although runs a close second, it's the response to s fault which means the most to me, and you always respond

Valeting utterly awful. The worst I have ever seen. Brake dust still visible on the wheels. Smeared, watermarked, bodywork. Hard to tell if the vehicle was actually cleaned at all. Interior not dusted. Barely vacuumed if at all. Everything else fine
The car needed an oil service. I collected it the following day. I noticed a noise when the rear tyres went over a hump in the road. I rang Sytner but could not be seen for 8 days!I think I should have been seen sooner.
Can't find anything to complain about for the last 7 years. I'm never put out.

To make things as easy as possible, we do run a complimentary shuttle service, collection and delivery, pick up and drop offs and help out with taxi's. told on arrival my car needed an (EGR) valve at no cost . would have been nice to have been told before hand .
knew what the problem was when I explained it and was solved when car came in.

The service advisor (Martin Burrows) could no have done any more to assist me from arranging a taxi to get me to the hire car centre, to doing all he could to get my car into the workshops during the day (Saturday) in time for my return journey home

My problem was dealt with very professionally be Sytner staff. They kept me informed at all time. Hire car was excellent. As I say only let down by poor valet. Car had unpleasant smell of sweat and poor general finish.
Items removed from the boot when isofix recall was carried out, were not put back, requiring a 30 mile round trip for me to collect them. I had to phone to ask where they were, nobody at Sytnetrhad even noticed they were left on the premises !

Car service indicator was not checked before being handed back. Needed to go back into workshop to reset. Loved the video walk around though.

There are marks on my seat that I have not experienced in any other car and found that this is not covered under warranty.

It would be completely satisfied except for 2 very small points.1. I asked the driver to mention that clutch was too high and needed lowering. Missed I think, but no biggy.2. Car was cleaned, however a few places were missed so looked odd.

Unhappy with the whole experience...told it would be for 2 hours and turned out they kept car the whole day ..returned not valeted and still waiting for a call back .... and now key also doesn't work properly....

Post service and recall work the cockpit rattles and squeaks however this has been rebooked in to be investigated
Everything happened as planned.
The quality of work and way everything was explained so clearly was great. MOT took 3hrs though, so I'd suggest you're up front about times rather than over promising. Was told it would be 90-120 minutes.

The car was serviced whilst I waited (just over 2 hours) but I was able to deal with a number of work related matters on my phone whilst I waited. Only one surprise that the air con recharge was an extra!
Fault with the car but this is covered by warranty. However, difficult to obtain a convenient day for an appointment: I am very busy during the week and need to use weekends really.

The service department managed to mot my car at very short notice.
My car had its end of warrenty check and then a couple of weeks later I discovered some issues that should have been picked up. There were no arguments from BMW and everything was put right. A courtesy car provided. Holly was very polite and helpful.

Car went in for repair, this resulted in rear light failure (which was repaired when car returned to Sytner immediately) and scratch on gear surround wood veneer that has not been replaced.Service excellent but car care disappointing.
Booking in was quick; I got an appointment for the next day that fitted in with my work schedule. The service was completed quickly while I waited and was nicely washed and valeted. The Service adviser kept me up to date with progress.

Have used Sytners Nottingham for many years.
My car started making a rattling sound and I took it in without advising Sytner in advance, it was 06:00 after all. They took the car in with no complaints and looked at it within 90 minutes or so.
Process and staff etc first class as always but thought they should have checked Blue as indicactet warning came on to refill four days after the evening before we departed to drive to Southamton to catch a cruise so I was running around
As ever courteous staff, I was kept up to date on what was happening and the car was returned cleaned inside & out and looking great!

Lewis Porter - Sytner Nottm - Excellent Customer Service.Resolved my problem efficiently and kept me regularly up to speed on my repairs.
Team very professional and took car back 3 times without question until intermittent fault was fixed. Appaeared to genuinely care about getting it fixed.
Only had the car since March. the bump stop under the bonnet had split. booked in easily for replacement, for 7am start. Brought the car at 6:50am, did the paperwork keys handed to mechanic, although mechanic did not take the car in until 7:15am
Nicholas Drewett who mainly looked after us was excellent. This is the opinion of both my wife and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for him in providing the information and meeting the preferences we required. A really good manner and approach.
Dealt with throughout in a professional and courteous way. Given information, advice when requested, assistance, options etc etc. An agreeable experience.
As a regular purchaser from Sytner Nottingham I have always enjoyed the dealership and the superb display of cars. The service was efficient and friendly and I got a great deal on the car which was immaculate when I picked it up.

Wanted to make a minor change 24 hours after placing order but was told it would lead to a potentially 2 week delay but otherwise I'm very happy.

A fun experience at Sytners in most modern and comfortable surroundings with very informative and totally non- pushy ( which I hate) sales staff ~ in total contrast to another major BMW dealership with whom I simply could not get on!

The only reason this isn't at 5* is because, for a new car, my vehicle wasn't as clean as I'd hoped it would be, plus it had been driven to Nottingham and had more miles on the clock when I took delivery than I had expected.
My vehicle was delivered promptly and any queries I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Sensitive to clients needs.
The experience was completely stress-free and there was attention to detail at every stage. We were able to take two cars on a proper test drive over different roads to fully appreciate the differences between them.
Sales person who I dealt with - Mr Carl Grogan fully explained everything about my new vehicle and rang me a few days later to see if I had any problems. First class!
Prior to ordering the car, I booked a one-day loan demo car. I arrived to collect it but had to wait over 30 minutes while it transpired that the car was not available because the service dept had loaned the car out to a customer. Had to re-arrange.
