The MOT was carried out okay. But when I purchased the car from Sytner I was told if had it before 31.5.17 I would receive a free service. However when I asked about the service I was told it couldn't be done so I lost the service! Disgusted!!!
Nottingham were excellent your central booking service wasn't
Just falls short of 5 stars as you missed the opportunity for tyre replacement by only giving details of the recommendation for replacement and costs at the time I collected the car.

Very convenient and good aftercare
There's never any waiting around when i arrive. You are quickly shown to a seat and introduced to your Service Team member, who already has the list of work to be undertaken. A quick signature and things get underway.

I have marked the experience down to an extent because parking was difficult, the valet service not up to the standard of another BMW garage I have used, and staff too busy to avoid a wait on collection.
From booking the appointment, everything was organised and the staff very efficient. We were met by Lewis on the day who explained everything, ensured that the timescales were appropriate and explained our courtesy vehicle to us.

There has been nothing to fault from the staff (sales and service), efficient booking process car needed to be returned for repair and completely accommodating to my availability and work commitments in loaning a car.

Much the same as previous answer. There was a problem with one of the wheels being damaged whilst in your possession but there was no argument and the wheel was replaced without any hassle
Having the car serviced has often in the past with other car dealers been very stressful and we often have felt cheated in terms of work not done or overpricing. We find now that there is no stress, work is done quickly and we do not feel overcharge.
As I said before not encountered any problems or issues when I have visited.

I would have given 5 stars but the MOT took longer than planned: 2 hrs 45 mins instead of 1 hr 30 mins as stated over the phone (due to absence of 1 technician, apparently).

I had to wait to log my car in. I was told to take a seat & then someone else was served before me. I didn't receive a call to say my car was ready. When I arrived to collect it, he couldn't find the paper work or key which was in his pocket

Nothing is perfect
Love being kept informed of the progress of the service with the video. Never seen under the car before! Information about the condition of the tyres was valuable.

The usual service we received again was excellent
The appointment took way in excess of the time that i was told for a sit and wait nearly 2.25 hours with no customer service update from the staff on any delays.
On the occasion of my last visit I was given an estimate of an hour and a half for the work, so chose to wait. It took much longer than that for no reason that I could see. I would have expected to be kept informed, it was very inconvenient.
I came to the showroom as I was not happy with the wheel trims on my car. Spoke to Scott Shaw and the problem was sorted there and then. No fobbing me off with excuses as Im sure many others would have. Fantastic customer service. Well done Scott.

recall appointment was made. sales consultant suggested servicing as well. I agreed but wasn't provided with a quote/estimation of the cost and ended up with hefty bill for little servicing work. Felt misled and taken advantage of.
Had to wait for a long time for someone to see me. I was asked if i wanted the car valeted but a poor job was done. The boot was left completely untouched.

Some confusion over whether I could get a taxi home. My wife was provided a taxi for an onward journey to work in Radford. My home is equal distance.

M performance exhaust replaced under warranty due to noise, but the carbon fibre tips installed were faulty had to come back in for a 2nd time, requested a bmw as a courtesy 2 weeks in advance received a mini not very happy as I have two kids.

The centre responded at very short notice to arrange a test drive in a very similar car to the one I eventually bought, on the day I was going to take a test drive in a competitor car. I was able to directly compare the vehicles one after the other

Only negative feedback is that the paintwork preparation was not of the standard I would expect when purchasing a £50k car. Swirls in the paintwork visible in sunlight indicating poor paintwork preparation and wash techniques.
