When I phoned to book my car in for service I was told it would take an hour and a half, so I said Id wait for it. When I took it in, I was told it needed a major service and would be 2 -3 hours.
Karl, our dealer kept us informed of the delays to the delivery of my new car and did everything he could to help me. Even arranging paperwork whilst we were on holiday
I was told the car would be cleaned inside and out but when picked up someone forgot to clean the inside. The car only needed the front vacuuming as I am very conscious of keeping the car clean.
The service manger was very helpful as were the other staff, I was well looked after whilst I waited

Again, the actual service was great.The manner in which I was spoken to has made up my decision for my next car to be anything other than a BMW from Nottingham Stratstone, this is my 2nd BMW from there.
As above... Plus ... parts only noticed to be damaged late in the day of repair, despite the parts having arrived 3 weeks prior to the work being done. Having taken a day out of work to get the car sorted, I then also had to return the following day

The service history was not recorded on the car, due to the service being carried out on a Sunday. I was informed that it would be transmitted online to the car, but this has still not happened and as the car is an M3, the history is important.
Because I was. You managed to fit in doing my scheduled service at the same time as the winter check, this saved me more hassle.
Always had good service apart from a recall that took all day and not the one for promised.
Did a good job, a little bit of hiccup about if the whole unit of anti roll needed replacing or just the gasket.

4 days after the major service (30,000) I got a warning level concerning the coolant level. I rang and was told the coolant level was not checked in my service. A visual inspection in included. This is surprising for a service that costs so much
The car was left with service for 4 days, and following the vehicle check two areas were raised for concern. I replied to the emailed video to carry out the two jobs while they had the car and neither was done. The vehicle was not cleaned either.

The face to face experience was poor.However the actual car service was prompt. The car came back lovely and clean as though it had been taken care over.
I took my windscreen wash pump to be fixed last year - it's stopped working. BMW trying everything they can not to fix it for free again. Feel like I'm going to be spending 150 quid every year on it.

The technician identified a problem when he removed the engine cover in that the cap for the brake fluid reservoir was missing.This could only have accured during the brake fluid service where the cap was not secured correctly on completion.
I was very happy with the service. They keep in contact and where happy to hold my car for longer when I was unable to collect it.

my car was booked for 11.30pm for very minor work like Mot etc. I was first told it may take up to 2 hours then 3 hours my car was ready at 4.10 pm and was not even cleaned as I was told would be.I am anoid and disappointed by my experience.
i had to wait 3 hours for my car to be serviced! i was told it would take one and a half hours ! needless to say i was not happy with this wait ! but the manager was very professional in dealing with the situation !

Following the BMW emergency experience I found Sytner were also at a similar level. Communication was adequate without being overly excessive.
Ive had bad experiences at this dealership in the past but they have addressed all niggles and now provide excellent service. I dealt with John Latham an experienced professional and provides the level of service that I expect from BMW and Sytner
I asked for the hand brake to be adjusted and it is no different! It won't hold on a hill unless it is pulled so high up that I can't then release it very easily.
Good job on the repair and arranging use of insured warranty. Communication not very good when repair took 4 days instead of the 2 days I expected. Still waiting to receive a copy of the invoice 2 weeks later despite chasing up via phone.

Car cleaned and vacuumed but they forgot the boot.
Valeting of car. Clean was very average. Radio channel had been changed and many adjustments had been made to seat and mirrors. Worst of all was a half drunk cup of coffee left in the car which I had to dispose of myself !
Pretty good service, apart from being made to wait for an hour when picking the car up.
MOT was fine, the only thing letting it down was that it took 120 minutes, rather than the 90 promised.

Speed of turn around. Only complaint would be the lack of availablity of a pool Car.
I was informed the Turbo intake pipe was insecure and a quote would be provided to fix. No quote was forthcoming so I took the car into my local garage and they simply clipped it back in within a minute at no charge. Why wasn't this picked up?
I've put some what dissatisfied mainly because I had booked a full service only to find that I've had a health check done on the car and new break pads fitted on the rear !!! no sign of any other work carried out time I can ill afford to waste !!

I was treated well, my car went in on time and finished on time. I was treated as if I mattered and the work was done perfectly. Very happy. It was expensive, but I can cope with that as the car needs so little servicing.

Delivery delays were overly long. The initial purchase process and test drive with Bobby Pal was fine. But it all went downhill thereafter as outlined above.
