The only reason I did not give a 5 is that when the car was assessed to find out what was wrong with it, the necessary parts were not ordered in for the day it was booked in for repair so I was without the car for longer than I expected.

All work was completed first time to a very high standard at a reasonable cost.
Very efficient and excellent customer service.
Would have been top marks but the invoice for the repair detailed only £250 excess, no other information.I'm sure that the cost was more than this, especially in view of the hourly labour charges which the norm but impossible to be sure.

They do things well in general but a recent problem I had took two attempts to solve and the car was off the road for quite a long time in consequence.

Again from the moment I contacted attention Nottingham about a issue on my car the service was impeccable.Having a person dealing with your car from start to finish and giving you regular updates was very good.

Most but not quite all of the customer interaction was excellent. Parts department on the phone and technician when picking up car were excellent, but some of the customer facing and reception interaction slightly cool, needed touch more empathy.

Not as efficient as normal.Vehicle not washed to a good standard, wheels still dirty.!0:00hrs appointment vehicle still unattended over half hour later. Service agent had to check with workshop about delay. High price paid for minor service

Everything happened quickly and efficiently.
I have had to return the vehicle after the warranty check for repairs to the exhaust, BMW contributed to the cost of these repairs as the issue may have been foreseen earlier at the 3 year check, I wasn't expecting this and it was a pleasant gesture
Due to above, I logged a complaint on 13th June at 1659 hours with the woman who gave me a courtesy phone call - I heard nothing. I called again on 24th July and spoke with John at 1415 hours who told me I would receive a call back - I haven't.

The MOT was carried out okay. But when I purchased the car from Sytner I was told if had it before 31.5.17 I would receive a free service. However when I asked about the service I was told it couldn't be done so I lost the service! Disgusted!!!

FAULT FOUND BUT NOT CURED.
Just falls short of 5 stars as you missed the opportunity for tyre replacement by only giving details of the recommendation for replacement and costs at the time I collected the car.
Very convenient and good aftercare
There's never any waiting around when i arrive. You are quickly shown to a seat and introduced to your Service Team member, who already has the list of work to be undertaken. A quick signature and things get underway.

I have marked the experience down to an extent because parking was difficult, the valet service not up to the standard of another BMW garage I have used, and staff too busy to avoid a wait on collection.
From booking the appointment, everything was organised and the staff very efficient. We were met by Lewis on the day who explained everything, ensured that the timescales were appropriate and explained our courtesy vehicle to us.

There has been nothing to fault from the staff (sales and service), efficient booking process car needed to be returned for repair and completely accommodating to my availability and work commitments in loaning a car.

Much the same as previous answer. There was a problem with one of the wheels being damaged whilst in your possession but there was no argument and the wheel was replaced without any hassle
Having the car serviced has often in the past with other car dealers been very stressful and we often have felt cheated in terms of work not done or overpricing. We find now that there is no stress, work is done quickly and we do not feel overcharge.
As I said before not encountered any problems or issues when I have visited.
