I did get a few extra faults on the return of my car but was rectified when I explained they wasn't on the car on the day of my service all in all did a good job

My car failed its MOT due to 3 faulty tyres, again, John contacted me and 3 new tyres were put on! As I drove away from BMW a warning light appeared - the tyres were too low!! I was very disappointed. I had to find a garage and put air in the tyres!

The answer is Becky. This is the person who looked after me from start to finish. She was so pleasant and friendly. The service she gave was 5 Star and a credit to BMW. The 2 girls on reception were excellent too. Getting me sorted quickly.

Because it took too long to get the car looked at. There should be a differential between new car issues and older vehicles Also communication was poor with unreturned phone calls etc
