BMW had a lot of electric cars to choose from. Ghazala Tanveer was very good in identifying our needs and expectations and explained every before signing the agreement. She put a lot of efforts to explain the new car things on the delivery day.

I brought my car in for MOT and had explained I would wait in showroom for it to be done. I got a follow up call the day before to confirm I would be there for 8.15, which I was. I didn't expect to have to wait over 4 hours for it to be done.

The complimentary clean however wasn't a full clean as I thought it was so possibly a misunderstanding on my part but the complimentary clean was a jet wash and hoover rather than a more detailed clean. (Dusting, windows and in the door sills).

Personal items were left in the vehicle. Vape fluid (I loath tobacco, vaping and everything of the sort). Old parts were left in the boot. I know the washing and hoovering were complimentary, but either do it well or do not bother.

The car was booked in for a inspection because there was rattles to the rear of the car on rough roads. I requested the car to be washed on my phone. When I collected the car it wasnt washed and the check for rattles had not been done.

Unable to book the car in locally, had to be done centrally. I was told major service and MOT due and that's what it was booked in for, plus look at issues with rear wiper. No service carried out, not due apparently, charged £120 to look at rear wipe

90 minute appointment booked including wash and vac. On arrival I was told it would be 3hrs if wash and vac included, so I opted for without. All done in just over 1hr. Shame this wasn't communicated at time of booking.

John was excellent. My car was in for MOT on a 90 minute booked slot. Initially I was told it would take 3 hours. When I said that would cause me a problem, John pushed it through so that I was able to get away in time to make my other appointments.

The airbag replacement was rescheduled multiple times last year which was not ideal however on this visit all went well and I was able to work on my laptop whilst the car was being serviced which was much appreciated. Also the complementary wash

The car failed its MOT test due to a faulty mirror lamp. You didn't have a replacement in stock so I had to bring the car back the next day. The 3 hour wait for the lamp to be fitted caused me considerable inconvenience.

Poor service hand over resulted in me paying bill that was unclear and not agreed but as I needed my car I had to pay. Was promised a call back on the Monday to explain it and refund parts where appropriate, this didn't happen (and still hasn't)

My service was completed fully. But I was given no paperwork or follow up information about anything that may of needed doing to the vehicle. I was just given my keys and told goodbye.

This time I asked a specific question about the charging capacity of my electric cars battery, put it on the online app when booking in and asked the rep the same question....however never got an answer on it when I went to pick it up the next day...

Was advised of issue with wheel alignment, but very little support providing to understand issue. I had to press for the little information i was given. Frustrating given you only aligned wheels 6 months prior and less than 1000 miles since.

Car called in last year ? for electrical upgrade, this wiped out all settings?took hours resetting all back in.l Had all sorts of spurious dashboard messages ever since the update! Original battery lasted five years, new BMW battery suspect at two !

My vehicle failed the MOT due to minor damage to the surface of the left tire. I had had the tire assessed in a tire workshop two weeks earlier and was told that it was superficial only and would not fail an MOT. I was forced to pay for this.
