When I handed my car to your garage my screen wash level had dropped low. Your technician filled the reservoir with plain water, the next day the temperature dropped low enough to freeze the water in the reservoir. Damaging the headlight washers.

Snapped brake nipple on n/sfront caliper during service. Service manager said she would contact you (BMW) as this was the second snapped nipple on a previous o/s front calliper during a service. I'm now left with a defective caliper and feel let down

The interim service was carried out with no problems. Both headlights have water/moisture in them. It's a know issue on the 2 series coupe. However I was told mine don't have enough water in them to be changed under warranty.

Completely failed 10 days after Starter Recall (0012550600). Red 'Power Supply' warning. Sytner ignored a critically low 11.6V battery during the recall and refused to fix it without a £150 fee. Safety was compromised. Appalling after-care.

Call centre? No, using AI or WhatsApp messages to try and book in my car was a negative experience. BMW Nottingham Retailer however, absolutely fantastic. Niamh was thorough and helpful throughout the entire process making it less stressful.

Everything was well communicated and managed on the day. Olivia in particular was incredibly helpful and efficient. The only reason for it being a 4 star and not 5 star is that I have to book in more than 8 weeks in advance.

Although the staff seem very willing, the customer finds it very, very difficult to contact the required person - a mixture of unanswered phones and chat-line messaging that is not followed through is enough to drive customers elsewhere.

Gentleman stayed behind as i was late returning coutesy car as my child got travel sickness on the way back on a long ride in car i wasnt use to and he wasnt used to travelling in. A lady in the desk was also very helpful when i asked for the toilet
