My problem has not been resolved despite numerous visits to Sytner. All I get is an attempt to blame the problem on either Podpoint or Octopus energy. The problem is very definitely with the BMW software but at no time had this been properly checked

I still have an issue with my BMW. BMW UK have been very unhelpful. BMW Nottingham are still investigating the problem. They have felt a judder in the car 2-3 times now and they still do not know what to do. They keep asking BMW UK for a solution.

Problem wasn't fixed. Adblue still leaking the next day the car was handed over inspite of confirming that the leak has stopped. I was advised to change the tube but leak is because the work was not done correctly. Can provide more information, video

Very pleasant member of staff who looked after me on the morning. I was a few hours early and she re arranged so I didn't have to wait. The oil change was done in good time and I enjoyed a few coffees whilst waiting.

Great customer service and very accommodating - allowed me to work remotely in one of the booths and offered refreshments.

I wasn't happy with the service I received and my car still remains the same. The recall was wasting of time with no difference. Nothing was done to fix the car issue.

Getting into contact with BMW was an easy process, I rang connected drive who weren't able to resolve my issue so redirected to me sytner everyone was helpful. The service was great and quick
