Once the order was placed, I was kept informed along the way of the delivery date, this did move a couple of times at not fault to the centre, but i was confident of when to expect the new car and could plan accordingly.

On 2nd June Sytner carried out an oil service and investigated a yellow engine warning caption. The cause was a faulty sensor which was replaced first thing the following morning. My thanks to Olivia who looked after me and kept me well informed.

Based on my most recent visit only, the team were very helpful and understood the frustrations of my last few visits. Mike was very helpful and kept me updated on progress and tried to fix / reassure me given previous frustrations.

Service was carried out in a timely manner but the above issue was my main issue. When I asked why was washer issue was not covered under the warranty I was told it was because I had filled my windscreen washer with water instead of BMW screen wash!!

Ellie Bray on the front desk very good. One of the reverse parking sensors has been malfunctioning since the car came in for the recall work. One suspects someone was overzealous with a jet spray when the dealership cleaned the car. ?

Everything was fine. The only issue I have is why does it always take longer than advised. A brake fluid service and a health check 2 1/2 hrs, really?

The mot was quick and efficient with a detailed video being able to wait with a coffee was excellent. I then went on to have my alloy wheels painted in a different colour. The body shop was excellent to deal with. Aillie was so friendly

We were informed of the issues we had with the MOT and tyres by our service manager and were able to resolve the problem and order and fit new tyres within a day . Kept up to date with progress and given a time slot to collect.
