I have used Nottingham Audi in the past and had RS4s and 6s from them and as a sister company to Nottingham BMW they are not in the same division . Audi would get 1 star BMW 5 . The overall experience at BMW so much better.

My dash cam was disconnected and left that way. The optional petrol treatment was provided but not applied. It was left inside the car. I had to return from the car park to the Service Advisor to receive an explanation.

My whole experience was flawless. I had to rearrange my service and I was accommodated with my date request, even though it was over a week before my initial appointment. Alex kept me informed of progress and the car was ready on time.

Helpful and knowledgeable Service agent John. Have good advice and comments. Very polite, precise views. Also I waited for my service to be done, 2 hrs as predicted, John arranged a courtesy car for me to pick up an item locally whilst I waited.

Some functions are no longer as they were when I took the car in. Examples: the car now rolls away in drive when I release the brake (it used to sit until I pressed the accelerator) and now when I turn off the car the handbrake does not auto-engage.
