I needed three tyres and these were fitted. I was sent a video explaining what had been done. The technician said that the forth tyre also needed replacing. I replaced the tyre less than a year ago. Please confirm if this is correct.

I came for a major service which was £496 i left the dealership and 2 miles down the road i lost power and my drivetrain came on and the dealership only would sort this out with me waiting in the dealership the following morning all morning

Being told work can be carried out the same day when provided a quote for the work, then being told the same day that oil required wasn't in stock, so they couldn't do the work, and wrong parts then ordered by mistake, so please wait another day.
