Sales team were great getting the deal done, Lewis Desmond is an asset to your company, however, tracking down hard copies of owners manual for navigation is proving to be a challenge, not everyone wants to download apps and read from phones

I came for a major service which was £496 i left the dealership and 2 miles down the road i lost power and my drivetrain came on and the dealership only would sort this out with me waiting in the dealership the following morning all morning

Lack of staff, no sense of urgency, poor communication, charging of work not balanced. It would be nice for the senior team to take more ownership of problems, interact and call customers. At least acknowledging and some sympathy.

All the issues I reported where either sorted or I had an explanation of why it couldn't be sorted. The remaining issues have nothing to do with BMW. It was because I have a company car and a repair was rejected.

Being told work can be carried out the same day when provided a quote for the work, then being told the same day that oil required wasn't in stock, so they couldn't do the work, and wrong parts then ordered by mistake, so please wait another day.

No issues with car service apart from ringing myself for update ?? No explanation given to an ongoing heating issues. Told this is a a"new" fault and heating box needs replacing... no reference on check on the previous work done. Disappointing.

Very satisfied. The only minor thing I would like to add is that as part of the service it looks like they changed the battery in the key fob. I had brought the spare key with me but wasn't asked for it, so I assumed it wasn't part of the service.

According to my contact, the work involved during my last visit was "a half hour" task. I booked to wait and delivered the car at 8am as requested to the dealer. I left at 12.30pm - 4.5 hours! At no point was I told why or given updates on progress

While it didn't impact me as I was grateful for the curtesy car & didn't have to pay for it. It was dirty inside with chocolate over the passenger seat chewing gum wrappers. If I was having a passenger I would have needed to clean the seat.
